Though small in area, Norton Park serves as the terminus of the Willard Munger State Trail, a paved bicycle route that stretches from Duluth to St. Paul. Also includes part of the Western Waterfront Trail stretching along the St. Louis River, and a portion of the Superior Hiking Trail along its higher elevations. Directly adjacent to the Lake Superior Zoo.
