One of Duluth’s more rural neighborhoods, Morley Heights-Parkview offers a variety of housing options. Many newer homes have been built in the rural northern portions of this neighborhood, while historic company housing was built by the Marshall-Wells Company, which at one time served as the largest hardware distributor in the world. Beautiful rural portions of this neighborhood include sections of the Superior Hiking Trail.
